Real-time character counting for target language

The counter shows the remaining number of characters before the maximum length of target language text is reached.
A red character counter means that the length of the target language text exceeds the given reference value. A tilde before the number means that the maximum length of the target language text has been determined on the basis of the length of the source language segment. No tilde means that the text lenght was determined by the source format.
