This year's annual tekom in Stuttgart had the focus topic "Intelligent Information". The ONTRAM sales team represented Andrä AG with a stand. Our convention veterans Ute Rölke and Michael Csorba were actively supported by our two new Sales Managers Julian Christ and Heiko Steinecke.
The atmosphere in the smaller hall C1 was very pleasant. Our stand, next to the coffee lounge and between our Hungarian friends from TAUS and Globalese, was well-attended. There was little time for coffee breaks. We were busily engaged in many interesting discussions with prospective customers, customers, and information seekers.
Our visitors were treated to complementary “food for the soul”, branded chocolates, and refreshing herbal soda.
Long-time friends in the translation business, partners, and customers came by, and we exchanged the latest news. We were happy to receive compliments on our new branding (website, logo, info material). The technical innovations of the last few months were also well-received. The flexibility and the new filing system of ONTRAM TMS have been praised, as well as the new interfaces to TYPO3 and Drupal. Customers also like the possibilities of the batch functions that save the users a lot of time.
We were especially pleased with the feedback on our customer support. Of particular note was the praise for the speed, reliability, and personal contact with our ONTRAM users. A heartfelt “thank you” for that! We will maintain this high standard in the future.
All in all, it was great for us to be back with our own stand, and to welcome many familiar and new faces. An action that we will repeat next year.
